Prescription Refills

In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in ALL the requested information. All prescription refills must be approved by one of our doctors and is only available to our current clientele.

Online orders are checked Monday thru Friday, twice a day, 10:00am and 2:00pm.  (All prescriptions requested on Saturdays or Sundays will not be filled until Monday.)  We will notify you via email when your pet's prescription is approved and ready to be picked up.  If you would prefer to have the prescription mailed to you, once approved, we will call and inform you of the total cost of the prescription. (Including shipping charges and delivery confirmation - minimum charge $7.00) We will also request a credit card number by phone at that time.  Please make sure to fill out the shipping address information to ensure proper delivery of your prescription.
