Tell me about the staff...
We here at the Animal Clinic of Warren take great pride in our staff. They are all well trained individuals with diverse backgrounds. Each staff member has something different to offer the practice. With the combined knowledge our office runs efficiently from the time you call to make your appointment right through check-out. Everyone who walks into our practice is greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly face. We hope your experience with us will always be a pleasant one!
Practice (Office) Manager
The Practice Manager has direct authority and decision making responsibilities over the business functions of a veterinary practice. Some of the responsibilities may include personnel supervision, marketing programs, hospital goals and service protocols.
Mrs. Mimi Greybek
Mimi Greybek, Dr. Dan's wife, plays many roles in our hospital from receptionist to bookkeeper to technician to kennel help. She does it all! Since the early days of 1969, she has worked hard to make our practice a successful one.


Receptionists
Often the first person you come in contact with in a veterinary hospital is the receptionist. This person schedules appointments, registers clients and generally keeps the office running smoothly.
Janice
You will always find her as one of the first people to greet you when you come in the door or call on the phone. Janice has been with us for a few years and has a genuine love of animals. She is knowledgeable and kind. Look for Janice anytime you visit us!
Mark
You will usually find Mark greeting you first thing in the morning, bright and early most days. He answers phones or greets you when you first come in in the morning and then you will find him checking our clients out by late morning and some afternoons. He is soft spoken on the phone and has great compassion for people. He is on the team with Janice in the reception area! They make a great team!
Lois
You will usually see her late in the afternoons and on Saturdays. She is an animal lover and very much an avid bird watcher. Lois makes sure all our records are in order. You will usually see Lois at the check-out desk or hear her on the phone confirming your appointments.
Priscilla (Data Entry)
Pris is our part time Data Entry person. She also helps out in the reception area greeting clients and answering phones. You will usually see her a few days a week and especially on Saturdays. She loves animals and is very involved with her Beardies. She is actively involved in the obedience dog clubs and shows. Pris always has a warm smile and a gentle voice to greet those who come in or call us.

Veterinary Assistant
The veterinary assistant supports the veterinarian. The assistant is qualified in many areas: surgical assisting, laboratory testing, radiography and animal care.
Veterinary Attendants
The veterinary attendants are responsible for feeding the animals and keeping the kennel area clean. This person cleans the animal cages, keeps the kennel area as well as the whole office clean. General maintenance for the cleaning of the overall office.
Bradley
He works behind the scenes in the kennel area. One of his responsibilities is watching over the animals in the kennel area. If something seems at all amiss, he is sure to notify the doctor immediately. He is a great caretaker to those who stay with us whether it is through their illness or just for the day. He loves animals and does a great job keeping the kennel area as well as our office nice and clean. Bradley is always hard at work cleaning something!

Computer Technician
The computer technician has a very diverse job. The responsibilities range from software configuration and set-up to networking to hardware support and finally website creation and maintenance. This person handles the daily maintenance of the computers making sure things run smoothly.
Wendy
Wendy is the daughter-in-law of Dr. & Mrs. Greybek and the sister-in-law to Dr. Donna. Wendy has been with us for many years. She started with us as a receptionist back at 53 Mountain Boulevard and then went on to work as a manager of an Imaging Company for six years. Recently she came back to join the family business in December 2006 to work with the computers. She has a diverse job here. Some days she is working behind the scenes on the computers and other days you will find her helping out in the reception area. She takes care of all the aspects of the billing process including payment processing. She diligently works as our webmaster always trying to find or create new and exciting information that our clients may find helpful or enjoyable. Wendy helps out wherever there is a need!
